The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D and 84C of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber-Crime, Deoghar. 3. On 28.04.2025, Cyber Police Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Raidih forest, Jashidih, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. A mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since last eight months. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber-Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
