The present petition seeks a direction to the Respondent to sanction the grant to the leprosy Colony, Kolhapur and for payment of arrears of salary. 2. Ms. T. J. Kapre, learned AGP for the State draws attention of this Court to the affidavit in reply which has been filed by Respondent Nos. 1 to 5. It is stated in the affidavit that the post on which the petitioners were working were abolished and by order 21st November, 2012 the Petitioners were absorbed in the Health Department of Zilla Parishad Kolhapur. It is further stated that due to administrative difficulties, the salary could not be paid from December, 2011 to July, 2015 and by Government Resolution dated 20th August, 2015 a sum of 1 of 2 NIKITA KAILAS DARADE Digitally signed by NIKITA KAILAS DARADE Date: 2025.10.17 18:33:10 +0530 3-wp-6199-2014.doc Rs. 64, 60, 281/- was sanctioned for the payment of arrears of salary of the employees working in the leprosy Colony. 3. Contents of the affidavit in reply would indicate that the grievance of the Petitioners have been redressed. As such nothing survives for consideration in the petition. 4.
