ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OFMANDAMUS declaring the action of 2nd respondent in not considering petitioners representation dt.16.12.2024 submitted for considering his hereditary towards being appointing as mutawalli for Jamia Masjid of Dommara Nandyala Village, Mylavaram Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District and considering third parties application which was recommended by local MLA for appointing them as managing committee for Jamia Masjid is illegal, irregular, irrational in violation of principles of natural justice contrary to Wakf Act, 1995 and rules framed there under in violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct 2nd respondent to consider petitioner’s representation dt.16.12.2024 before appointing managing committee of Jamya masjid and to pass such other order or orders …..”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be suffice if a direction is given to respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 16.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner requesting for appointment as
Mutawali for Jamia Mashid, Dommara Nandyala Village, Mylavaram Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District on hereditary basis, without considering the application submitted by the third parties.
4. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation dated 16.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents, in view of the
facts and circumstances of the case, without touching merits of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 16.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
