Case No. 20 of 2023, corresponding to POCSO Case No.40 of 2023, for the offence under Sections 341 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act, subsequently, charge-sheet submitted under Sections 341, 366-A & 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6, 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Simdega. Petitioner is alleged to have raped nine years old daughter of the informant. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
