The Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record. On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that the representation of the petitioners / applicants has been decided and rejected by order dated 17.4.2025 passed by the Additional Director General of Police (PAC), Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicants have the remedy to challenge the order dated 17.4.2025 on merits before the appropriate forum.
