This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive prayers:- 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 “(i) To issue writ of mandamus to the respondent No. 3 to award 1.25 additional marks to the petitioner i.e. 01.00 mark for correct answer of Question No. 87 in Series-D of Test Booklet and 0.25 mark for having deducted by the respondent No.3 terming the answer of the petitioner as wrong. ii) To issue the writ of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to revise the merit list (Annexure P-5) for the post of Constable (Male) and to place the petitioner at the appropriate Serial Number in order of merit taking into consideration the fact that total marks of the petitioner must be 64.25 marks and that date of birth of the petitioner is 11-05-2002. iii) To issue the writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue appointment letter to the petitioner in view of revised merit list with all consequential benefits in the interest of justice and fair play..” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievances raised by the petitioner in this writ petition have already been redressed by respondent No.3-H.P. Public Service Commission, on the basis of which, Anmol Kumar Versus State of H.P. and others2 was decided. In view of above, the present writ petition to stand disposed of.
