Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Majhgaon P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 316(2), 316(3), 318(3), 318(4), 338, 336 (3), 340 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri A.N. Marki, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. It is alleged that the accused persons used to hire several tractors and thereafter, tractors were sold in Delhi and Haryana. During the course of investigation, some of the co-accused persons were apprehended and, on their confession, some of the tractors were recovered. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as far as the petitioner is concerned, nothing was recovered on his pointing out. 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the name of this petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused and he has also confessed his guilt. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri A.N. Marki, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Majhgaon P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J) November 24, 2025 Ranjeet/ Uploaded
