Therefore, an order may be passed on the aforesaid application and the amended cause-title be taken on record. Heard. Perused. For the reasons & grounds mentioned therein, the application bearing Inward No.1/2024 dt.25.10.2024 filed by appellant [2025:RJ-JP:29733] (2 of 2) [CFA-857/2017] for taking on record the legal representative of the sole deceased- respondent, namely Gokul Aggrawal, who has expired on 27.06.2024, is allowed. The legal representative of the sole deceased-respondent is taken on record. The amended cause-title, already filed, is also taken on record.
