Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Writ Petitioner has filed a Statutory Appeal before the District Revenue Officer on 23.12.2024 along with an interlocutory application seeking stay of the impugned orders therein namely the orders passed by the Mandal Revenue Officer (Respondent No.4) in R.C.No.143/2020-b dated 12.12.2024. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that due to non-consideration of the said interlocutory application filed along with the Appeal, there is a likelihood of the Unofficial Respondent No.5 herein creating third party rights. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the District Collector, Guntur District 03.01.2025 along with a copy of the Notice which is issued to the Writ Petitioner herein (Appellant in the Appeal) and the Unofficial Respondent No.5 herein dated 02.01.2025 indicating that the matter would be posted for hearing on 18.01.2025. A copy of the Written Instructions has been served on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 4.
