He would further submit that the petitioner may be directed to vacate the company accommodation, if the same has not already been vacated. 2) Mr. Wankhede, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that if the petitioner has not vacated the company accommodation, same shall be vacated within a period of 15 days. 3) Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage itself.
