The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022, for the offence registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3 . On 26.01.2022, dacoity was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown dacoits looted five lakh rupees and other valuable articles from there. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag or his successor in connection with Keredari P.S.
