3. A case has been registered against the Petitioner and Others for the offence punishable under Sections 8(C) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short `the NDPS Act,. 4.
The learned Special Judge for trial of offences under NDPS Act granted bail to the petitioner herein/A4 in Crime No.77/2O24 of Chintapalli Police Station, on condition of his executing a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First class, Chintapalli. -

The present Criminal Petition is filed on the ground that the petitioner is not in a position to produce the sureties and though bail was granted on 20.09.2024, the petitioner could not secure such surety and hence, he urged to modify the condition imposed by the Court below. 6. Having considered the submission Of the learned COunSel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to modify the order passed by the court below.
