[2025:RJ-JP:37841] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Review Petition No. 287/2012 In S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2650/1999 B. N. Mathur, aged about 58 years, Son of Shri R.N. Mathur, presently working as Assistant Fisheries Development Officer, Department of Fisheries, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur. ----Petitioner Versus 1. The State of Rajasthan through the Secretary to the Government, Animal Husbandry & Fisheries Department, Rajasthan, Jaipur. 2. The Director, Fisheries Department, Rajasthan, Jaipur. 3. The Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur through its Registrar. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Abhishek Pareek For Respondent(s) : None present HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 17/09/2025 1. This review petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking review of order dated 25.09.2012 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2650/1999, whereby writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, while passing order dated 25.09.2012, has not taken into consideration that the petitioner was regularly appointed on the post of Fisheries Inspector in the regular pay scale after following the detailed procedure and he was not required to be screened, [2025:RJ-JP:37841] (2 of 2) [WRW-287/2012] yet without considering the same, the order sought to be recalled has been passed. 3. I have examined order dated 25.09.2012 as well as the contents of the review application. I find that order dated 25.09.2012 is a well-reasoned order and the petitioner has utterly failed to point out any error on the face of the record. Hence, the order is not required to be reviewed. 4. In view of above, the review petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed. (ANAND SHARMA),J DIVYA /39
