Case No. 157 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. During the intervening period of 2/3.07.2025, unknown dacoits committed dacoity in the house of the informant. Dacoits looted mobile phones, jewelries and Rs. 50,000/-in cash. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. 5. It appears that on the basis of confession of the petitioner, looted jewelries were recovered from Devi Jewelry Shop. 6.
