1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the charge sheet alleged against the petitioners bearing Crime No. 305/2018 registered at police station Katghora, District Korba for offence U/S 294, 506, 186, 353 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. as well as Criminal Case registered against the petitioners before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Katghora, District Korba in Criminal Case No. 3317/2018, in the interest of Justice.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges have been framed against the present petitioners and the trial is pending before the learned trial Court, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties,
3 the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed. 5.
