Prasad Counsel for the respondent: The Court made the following Order: The contempt case is filed under sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for wilfully disobedience and deliberate violation of the interim order of the Tribunal passed in O.A NO.774 of 2019 dated 16.05.2019. 02. The learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through the virtual conference, submitted that permission may be given to withdraw the petition, with a liberty to file it if necessary. He further submitted that he has no instructions from the petitioner. 03. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I placed on record the proceedings Rc.No.5469464/NA/2021-22-2 2 C.C.(A.T) No.16 of 2022 dated 20.05.2022 of the Direction of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, promoting the petitioner. He further submitted that oral instructions are that petitioner is holding permanent post. 04. In view of the submission on both sides, the present contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
