The plaintiff-petitioner is granted one last opportunity to lead his evidence in the case, subject to payment of costs of ₹50,000/- to defendant No. 1. The plaintiff-petitioner shall lead all his evidence within a period of one month from the date of his appearance before the trial Court as directed by this order. Both parties are directed to appear before the trial Court on 02.12.2025. The period of one month for the plaintiff-petitioner to lead all his evidence shall begin from 02.12.2025.
