Case (Civil) No.227 of 2024 and analogous cases, wherein in the cause-title of the order, the year of one of the analogous cases has wrongly been typed as Cont. Case (Civil) No.227 of 2024 in place of “Cont. Case (Civil) No.229 of 2024”. 2. Thus, in the order dated 28.11.2025 at the cause-title, the year of the case be read as “Cont. Case (Civil) No.229 of 2024” titled “Kanhaiya Prasad vs. The State of Jharkhand & Others” in the analogous case. 3. The order dated 28.11.2025 is accordingly modified to the aforesaid extent.
