Basavaraja Patel for the complainant and learned Additional Government Advocate Mr. Naveen Chandrashekar for the respondents. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate invited attention of the court to the compliance affidavit in particular to the averments made in paragraph 3 thereof which reads as under, "the representation made by the Complainant for deletion of his name from the list of history/rowdy sheeter has been considered. It has been examined and found that since 2018, the Complainant has not involved or registered in any cognizable offence in the jurisdiction of this Police Station, hence an order dated 01.02.2025 has been passed wherein the Complainant's name has been deleted from 'A' rowdy list of Karnataka Police Manual Order No.1057(3).
