Sl.No. 157 Court No. 35 G.S.Das 19.08.2025 WPA 19636 of 2024 Ohida Khatun -Vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Suman Sengupta Mr. Gourav Das Mr. Sanatan Panja … for the State-Respondent(s) Mr. Sukanta Chakraborty Mr. Debopriya Samanta … for the SFIO Learned advocates for the SFIO/respondent no.4B as well as the State are present. However, none appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called. The records of the writ petition speak that earlier on 02.12.2024, an accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner and, on 20.03.2025, none represented the petitioner when the matter was called. Today, when the writ petition has been called, none represented the petitioner. Accordingly, I am of the view that the petitioner is no more desirous to proceed with the writ petition further. In view of the above, WPA 19636 of 2024 is dismissed for default. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
