ANJARIA) The order which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition is an interim order dated 28.08.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in the pending proceedings of Writ Petition No.13973 of 2024. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate Mr..S.H..Raghavendra, who appears upon service of copy of the petition in advance, was justified in highlighting the said aspect that the order is an interim order. 3. Learned advocate Mr. A. Balakrishna for the complainant also could not dispute the factum of the order being interim in nature. 4. When the order is interim order, evidently no rights of any of the parties are finally crystallized. Not only that the proceedings - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:6214-DB CCC No. 1398 of 2024 pursuant to Annexure-K dated 11.03.2024 are stayed by learned Single Judge as an interim arrangement till the next date of listing of the writ petition, even the statement of objections is yet to be filed. 5. Learned Single Judge is seized with the subject matter including continuance or otherwise of the of interim order which shall be done in accordance with law. No case is made out to interfere in the contempt jurisdiction at this stage. 6. The parties are at liberty to work out their right and remedy before learned Single Judge in the proceedings which are pending at large on merits. 7.
