It appears that office has pointed out that there is a typographical error in para-7 of the order dated 12.11.2025 passed in this case. 2. From perusal of order dated 12.11.2025, it appears that in paragraph-7, it was ordered that “Let a copy of this order along with trial court record be sent back to concerned trial court for information and needful”. But record reveals that trial court record of this case was not called for. 3. Considering the same, the order dated 12.11.2025 is modified to the extent that Para-7 be read as “Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial court for information and needful”. 4.
