Heard on IA No.6 of 2025, application filed on behalf of petitioners No.7, 11 and 12 for withdrawal of writ petition with respect of petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.7 , 11 & 12 have cleared the departmental examination and their names have also been considered in DPC convened thereafter, therefore, he wants to withdraw this writ petition so far as it relates to petitioner No.7, 11 & 12 with liberty to file afresh, if occasions arises. He further submits that petitioner No.3, 5, 6, 10, 13, 14 & 15 could not pass the departmental examination therefore this petition could not survive in respect of petitioner No. 3, 5, 6, 10, 13, 14 & 15. Page No.3 3. In view of above submission of learned counsel for petitioners, I.A. No. 6/2025 is allowed and writ petition so far as it relates to petitioners No. 7 , 11 & 12 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
