There is no complaint with regard to clarity or quality in audio or video. 2. By filing this Criminal Misc. Petition, the petitioner seeks to modify the order dated 21.03.2025 passed in Cr.M.P. No.555 of 2025, whereby further extension of two weeks’ time to surrender before the learned Court below, had been granted to him while modifying the order dated 31.08.2024 passed in A.B.A. No.2986 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with a condition to appear before the Court below within three weeks, in connection with Complaint Case No.12152 of 2021, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not comply with the order to appear before the learned Court below within the stipulated time as also after 2025:JHHC:34069 2 extension of time to surrender, granted earlier vide order dated 21.03.2025 passed in Cr.M.P. No.555 of 2025, due to the situation beyond his control as he became physically weak after suffering from jaundice. She submits that the petitioner begs an unconditional apology for the same. 4. Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the aforesaid prayer. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, time to surrender is extended till 08th December, 2025. The petitioner is directed to surrender within the aforesaid time before the Court concerned. 6. If the petitioner fails to surrender before the Court concerned within the aforesaid time, appropriate order will be passed. 7. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. 8. Let a copy of this order be faxed to the Court concerned. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 14th November, 2025 Prashant. Cp-2
