Act)/Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 12, Etawah, whereby revisional court affirmed the order dated 04.03.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah in Miscellaneous Case No. 564 of 2023 (1944 of 2023) Mohammad Tahir Ansari Adv. vs. Sr. Sameer Sarraf and others), by which the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
