1. Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State/respondent No.1.
2. Since the above-captioned petitions arise out of a common FIR, this Court is disposing of the same by this common judgment.
3. Both the petitions have been filed by petitioners being aggrieved by the impugned FIR bearing Crime No. 102/2016 dated 09.08.2016 registered at Police Station, Deepika, District – Korba (C.G.) for alleged offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120, 201, 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits as the charges have already been framed against the petitioner, therefore, he wants to withdraw both the petitions with liberty to challenge the same.
5. Accordingly, both the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
6. Certified copy of the documents annexed with these petitions shall be returned back to the petitioners after retaining photocopies of the same. Sd/- Sd/-
