SREENIVASA REDDY _c_I_i _m_i_n a I Pe±E±EQ±±n!gi9£±±P£2Q2± Order: This Cr.lminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of BNSS, has been filed by the petitioners herein/Al to A3, seeking regular bail, in crime No.577 of 2024 of Vizianagaram I Town Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under sections 20(b)(ii)(B) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and PsychOtrOPiC Substances Act, 1985 (for short `the NDPS ActJ). 2, Case of the prosecution, in brief, iS that, On 09.12.2024, on receipt of credible information, the Sub Inspector Of Police along With his staff and mediators rushed ~to Burial ground, YSR Colony, Thotapalem and found Al to A3 in possession Of 2Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material was seized under cover of a mediators report. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4| The petitioners are in judicial Custody Since 09.12.2024. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession Of the accused is only 2Kgs, which is not a commercial quantity.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners herein/Al to A3, 5l Accordingly, the Criminal Petition iS allowed-The petitioners herein/Al to A3 shall be released On bail On each Of them executing a I- i+ \`-
personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First aass, vl'zianagaram. petitioners shall appear before the station House officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every sunday between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM till filing of the charge sheet.
