Case No. 245 of 2019 arising out of Arki P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 211 of 2018, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 506, 34 of the I.P.C., 1860 and Section 3 & 4 of the Prohibition of Witch Craft Practices Act, pending in the Court of learned District Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Khunti. 3. On 08.06.2018, petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have committed murder of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2025. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Khunti in connection with S.T.
