Heard Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State takes notice for respondent No.1. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/Bank filed Crl.M.P.No.420 of 2024 before the learned Magistrate for return of property, for interim custody under Section 457 of Cr.P.C. in the month of November, 2024. The only request of the petitioner is to direct the learned Magistrate to dispose of the application as per law, as expeditiously as possible. 3 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal petition is disposed of at the stage of admission without going into the merits of the case, by directing the learned Magistrate to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.420 of 2024 filed by the petitioner, connected with Crime No.256 of 2023 of Gara Police Station, Srikakulam District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
