Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that inadvertently in paras 2 and 6 of order no. 3 dated 20.11.2025 year of case has been wrongly typed as Seraikella P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024 whereas it should be Seraikella P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the State also accepts the said submission. 4. It appears that said has occurred inadvertently. 5. In view of above, let Seraikella P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025 be read in place of Seraikella P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024 in paras 2 and 6 of order no. 3 dated 20.11.2025. 6. Order No. 03 dated 20.11.2025 is modified to the above extent. 7. Since due to the said typographical error petitioner could not surrender within time, hence period of surrender is extended for further two weeks from today. 8.
