Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authorities to decide his representation dated 15.10.2025 (Annexure P-6) in a time bound manner in view of the law laid down by this Court in CWP No. 1638/2024, titled as Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. decided on 29.11.2024. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 3. Prayer, being innocuous, is considered and allowed. 4. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order strictly in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
