CMP(M) No. 1827 of 2025 Keeping in view the averments made in the application, duly supported by an affidavit of Superintending Engineer, Joginder Nagar, Circle HPPWD Joginder Nagar, delay of 76 days’ in filing the Appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. Appeal be registered. LPA No. 798 of 2025 and CMPST No. 52620 of 2025 Learned Counsel for the State has made reference to the pendency of SLP(C) No. 204961 of 2024 (State of HP & Ors. vs. Satya Devi) before the Apex Court and LPA No. 228 of 2025 (State of HP & others vs. Rukmi Devi) which stands admitted and the operation of the judgment has been stayed. Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances we admit the present appeal to be heard alongwith the said cases. In the meantime, the operation of judgment of the learned Single Judge shall remain stayed, in view of the fact that Hon’ble Supreme Court has also stayed orders passed subsequently after decision of Satya Devi’s case (supra).
