2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein for the offence punishable under section 7-B read with 8-A and B of the A.P. ProhibitI-On (Amendment) Act, 2020. 3. Case of the prosecutl-on, in brief, is that, on o1.05.2024, at about 05.30 PM, on reliable information, the sub-Inspector of Police, Intelligence Wing, Amalapuram, along with his staff, reached near River Front, Rajavaram village of Athreyapuram Mandal and found one person while he was manufacturing lD Liquor. On seeing the police party, he escaped from the spot. on verification of the spot, the police found two alu.minum vessels, I three blue colour plastic drums and nine polythene covers, each cover containing 5 liters of lD liquor, totaling to 45 litres of lD liquor. They also found three blue colour plastic drums, containing 400 litres of FJ wash. The contraband was seized under cover of a special report and a case has been registered against the accused. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner iS innocent and he is falsely implicated in the present crime and the special report does not contain the names, who disclosed the identity of the petitioner herel®n and nothing has `,-? 5. On the contrary, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is in progress and if the petitioner is granted ant'lcipatory bail, he may hamper the process of invest'lgation and tamper with the prosecution evidence. 6. A perusal of the FIR goes to show that based On the identity particulars given by the staff, the name of the petitioner herein is shown as accused 'ln the present cr'lme and no contraband is seized from h'ls possession. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, th-ls Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/Accused On the following conditions. i) In the event Of arrest Of the Petitioner/Accused in the aforesaid crime, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a Sum Of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting Officer. ` ---f#
+ J} ii) Petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall make himself available for interrogatI'On by a POliCe Officer aS and when required, and he shall not, directly or indirectly, make any i inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the
facts of the case so as to dI-SSuade him from disclosing such facts I to the Court or to any police officer. iii) Petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM till filing of the charge sheet.
