The contesting parties to this appeal have amicably settled/compromised the dispute, which is subject matter of this appeal, voluntarily. We have also found that the terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable. 2. We accordingly accept the compromise/settlement, proposed by the parties and modified the award as per compromise and order that in addition to the amount of compensation awarded by the Claims Tribunal, respondent No.3, the insurer shall pay to the appellants a sum of Rs.2,20,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Twenty Thousand Only) by way of compensation, within a period of 60 days from today, otherwise, interest @ 9% per annum from the date of present award, shall also be payable till its realization. 3. The settled amount will be disbursed according to the terms and conditions of the Claims Tribunal.
