MOHAMMED GAYASUDDIN THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA W.P.No.15156 of 2016 This Court made the following ORDER: The case of the Petitioner is that the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 taken over the Management of the subject Waqf Institution without providing opportunity of being heard to the Petitioner Managing Committee. Hence the Writ Petition. On perusal of the material placed on record, it is observed that the subject Managing Committee was appointed by the 2nd Respondent vide proceedings dated 29.04.2014 for a period of two years. Pending writ petition the period of two years was already completed. Even though they are provided opportunity of hearing, none appeared for the Petitioner Institution. In view of completion of period of Managing Committee, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
