In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the notice dated 25th September, 2024 (Annexure-C), wherein the respondent No.1 had sought for explanation from the petitioner in respect of reduction of ratio of the pupil in the school of the petitioner.
2. Heard Sri. D.C. Jagadeesh,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Sukanya Baliga, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.
3. Smt. Sukanya Baliga, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents submitted that the petitioner is having an efficacious remedy under Section 130 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983 to challenge the impugned notice.
4. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the petitioner is relegated to approach the competent authority under the provisions of Section 130 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983. All the

contentions of the parties are kept open. With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
5. It is made clear that the interim order granted by this Court on 24.01.2025 shall enure to the benefit of the petitioner for two weeks to enable the petitioner to approach the competent authority as stated above.
