This writ petition is filed to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.2 to 8 in preventing the9th respondent from proceeding with proposed construction of shopping complex, Madarasa and other constructions unauthorizedly in Sy.No,.814/2 of Tukivakam Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct Respondent Nos.1 to 7 not to accord any permission whatsoever for any constructions in the above land. 2. During pendency of the writ petition, learned counsel for Respondent No.9 submitted that, no construction is being made by his client and no such construction activity would be taken up until all the requisite permissions are obtained. 3. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner is already redressed, as such, no further orders are needed to be passed in the present writ petition. 4. Accordingly, Writ petition is closed. No costs. 5.
