There appears to be a typographical error in second last paragraph of the said order to the effect that the bail bond was to be furnished to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Giridih instead of to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. Accordingly, the second last paragraph of the order dated 24.11.2025 “to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Giridih” shall now be read as “learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih”. Since on account of the error which had crept up as mentioned above, the period of four weeks as mentioned in the order dated 24.11.2025 having already expired, the same is also modified by extending the period of surrender for a further period of two weeks from today.
