[2025:RJ-JP:2463] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-640/2025] 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the accused-petitioners were named by the other co-accused Waseem and the co-accused Waseem has already been enlarged on bail. There is no direct allegation against the accused-petitioners that the accused-petitioners were inducing the person by creating fake email i.d. and advertisements and getting money from the persons induced. The accused-petitioners are ready and willing to co-operate with the investigation, the custodial interrogation of the petitioners are not required, therefore, the anticipatory bail applications of the petitioners may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the anticipatory bail applications. 4. Considering the fact that the mobile phones were recovered from other co-accused, who have already been enlarged on bail. The accused-petitioners are ready and willing to co-operate with the investigation and the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required, without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the above facts, I deem it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail applications of the accused-petitioners. 5. Accordingly, these anticipatory bail applications under Section 482 B.N.S.S. are allowed. It is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioners namely:- 1. Shahrukh S/o Ishan, 2.
