Pharm Pharmaceutical Chemistry course. For the reasons stated in the application coupled with submissions made at bar, same is allowed and document is taken on record. Application stands disposed of. WP(C) No. 1607/2024 After brief submissions, Mr. Ankush Manhas, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to dispose of the application preferred by the petitioner in terms of Statute 12-B of the Statutes Governing Affiliation of 28 2 WP(C) no. 1607/2024 Colleges and Other Institutions (notified by the University of Jammu vide Notification No. 05 of 2014 dated 15.01.2014). Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2-University is not averse to the proposal provided respondent no. 2 is directed to consider the application, if any, filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to accord consideration to the application, if any, preferred by the petitioner in accordance with the aforesaid Statute. CCP(S) No. 304/2024 Since the main petition has been disposed of, nothing survives in the present contempt petition to be adjudicated upon, hence dismissed.
