Baruah, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 submitted that the order dated 05.12.2024 which has been assailed in the instant proceedings no longer survives in view of the order passed on 03.06.2025. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the order dated 05.12.2024 was passed without taking into consideration the order dated 17.09.2024 passed in WP(C) No.5499/2023. 3. Taking into account the said submission, nothing further remains in the instant writ petition inasmuch as the order dated 05.12.2024 is not insisted upon by the Respondents in view of the passing of the order dated 03.06.2025. 4.
