Accordingly, without entering into the merit of the claims of the respective Parties and also keeping in view the innocuous prayers made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant, we dispose of the present Appeal by directing the learned Single Judge to expedite the hearing of W.P.(C) No.4871/2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible. 4.
