Petitioner has challenged FIR No.216/2019 registered at Police Station Sadar Jhunjhunu, District Jhunjhunu. 3. On enquiry, learned Public Prosecutor has informed the Court that after investigation, the I.O. has come to the conclusion, prima facie offence is made out against the petitioner, and therefore, charge-sheet has been filed on 09.02.2021 and thereafter, trial must have proceeded further. 4. There is no one to controvert the aforesaid factual aspects.
