CMP No. 27033 of 2025 The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant-respondent No.4 under Order 32 Rule 12 of the Code of Civil Procedure for discharging the guardian on the ground that respondent No.4 namely Sheetal Kumari has attained the age of majority. The applicant has also placed on record the copy of Matriculation examination certificate (Annexure A-1), wherein her date of birth has been shown as 01.04.2006. Since the applicant has attained majority, she is permitted to contest the appeal in her own name and the guardian, who was looking after her interest is discharged. The application is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 27034 of 2025 By the medium of the present application, the applicant-Sheetal Kumari has prayed that she is in dire need of money to meet her day to day household requirements, education expenses and social obligations. Learned counsel representing the insurance company pleads no objection that in case a reasonable amount is released in favour of the applicant. In view of the fair stand taken by the learned Senior counsel representing the insurance company, it is ordered that a sum of 1,00,000/- be released in favour of ₹ applicant-Sheetal Kumari and the same may be transmitted in her bank account, the details whereof have been mentioned in para 4 of the application.
