The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has already been completed and a final report has aslo been filed as early as on 10.08.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Attur, Salem. Therefore, no investigation is pending with the second respondent. 3. In view of the above, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.82 of 2024. Therefore, the transfer of investigation does not arise.
