Sri Bhanuprakash, the learned Special Public Prosecutor submits that for cross-examination of one witness, the learned counsel for the petitioner took time ten times. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner never sought time to cross-examine and only for want of time, cross-examination was deferred. 5. Having taken note of the submission of the respective learned counsel, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the cross-examination of P.Ws.2, 3, 4 and chief and cross-examination of C.W.5 within a period of two months from today.
