Sufficient cause being shown for non- appearance on 18th March, 2025 when both the appeals were dismissed for default. The order dated 18th March, 2025 stands recalled. 2. FA 232 of 1997 and FAT 319 of 2014 along with the connected applications are restored to its original file and number. 3. Accordingly, the application being CAN 8 of 2025 is disposed of. 4. It is made clear that if in future the appellants are unable to appear, the matters may be heard ex parte in absence of the appellants. 2 We constrained to make this observation in view of the past conduct of the appellants in conducting both the appeals. 5.
