In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit on behalf of the opposite party disclosing that an order dated 2.5.2025 has been passed by the opposite party deciding the representation of the applicant. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices are discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 2.5.2025 on merits before the appropriate forum.
