Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) In pursuance of the order passed at the initial stage on 09.05.2025 whereby, we had noticed that interest element has not been granted by the learned Single Judge on the amount of gratuity of Rs.9,23,570/- and leave encashment of Rs.2,65,990, respectively, thereafter, the Corporation has disbursed an amount of Rs.1,50,207/- on 04.10.2025 as an interest. 2. Thus, we are of the considered opinion that nothing now survives in the present Letters Patent Appeal as that was the limited relief, which had been prayed for. 2 2025:HHC:40751 3. Counsel for the appellant now in his counter affidavit filed has raised a new plea that arrears of revised pay has to be paid and it is his contention that the same has not been paid. 4. In such circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that the said order can always be executed, since, apparently, only non-compliance is now complained of regarding the payment and there is no illegality in the order of the learned Single Judge, which would arise for consideration in the present Letters Patent Appeal. 5. At this stage, Mr. Shivank Singh Panta, learned Advocate, submits that they are also preferring a review against the order, which has been appealed. 6. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, so also pending applications, if any. (G. S.
