The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the Petitioner/defacto complainant, seeking quashment of the Order dated 17.10.2023 passed by the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Peddapuram in Crl.M.P.No.3182 of 2023 in C.C.No.537 of 2018 by allowing the petition filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant.
2. Heard Sri P.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.
3. A keen perusal of the impugned Order dated 17.10.2023 passed by the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Peddapuram in Crl.M.P.No.3182 of 2023 in C.C.No.537 of 2018, would show that the impugned Order is a well reasoned Order. There are no grounds to interfere in the said Order by exercising the inherent jurisdiction.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps before the Trial Court for sending the disputed document to the Expert for examination.
